From $0 to $10K/Month in Her First Year
Rachel began training at the same OneLife Fitness location as Sam in the spring of 2023. She came in with a solid background in exercise science and athletic training, but had no prior exposure to joint-specific training until Sam introduced her to FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) and B4 Fitness. She took an immediate interest, prompted by watching Sam and several other trainers apply it on the floor daily, and attended an FRC seminar in Washington, D.C. shortly after starting. She continued working alongside Sam, applying those principles to both herself and her own clients, and went on to attend a Kinstretch seminar in California the following year in 2024.
From the start, Rachel had a natural knack for training, and her implementation of FRC principles showed quickly. The industry standard for a trainer to be considered full-time is roughly one calendar year. Rachel hit over $10,000 per month in training revenue within eight months of starting at OneLife; a direct result of both her ability as a trainer and the differentiation that joint-specific training gave her in a crowded field. She now consistently maintains $15,000 per month while charging over $120 per hour. Her practice is now fully B4 Fitness-based, integrated with traditional strength training and a particular emphasis on pelvic floor work with female clients; an area she has developed into a core specialty.
Beyond the career results, Rachel has also worked through a number of her own long-standing physical issues in the process. She came in with a history of a replaced ACL from age 16, chronic ankle problems, and a hip stress fracture that had made running painful and difficult for years. Working with Sam and applying those training principles to herself has allowed most of those issues to largely resolve and continue improving; giving her the ability to train the way she wants, which at one point simply wasn't possible.
